In Class: Even more mandatos (commands). Students will also get an introduction to my website. My music and video site is a subscription site, but students will be given free access for the year.
Assigned: Give a tour of my websites to your parents by Friday. Show both My School Web Site and my music and video site Once parents have seen the sites, they must send me an email or hand-written note saying that they have seen them. If there is not functioning internet access at home, you can write me a note informing me of this. |

In Class: Review of asking permission for something. If students want something (pass to bathroom, to open the window, etc), they need to know how to ask in Spanish. Today we learn how.

In Class: Storytelling. A form of storytelling that demands constant verbal participation from students. An excellent technique for encouraging speaking Spanish in a comfortable environment.

First week of school. This week is about getting students comfortable hearing Spanish ALL of the time. Class rules and procedures will be taught. They will also be introduced to a form a storytelling that demands constant spoken participation.
